Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, and we will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has been shipped.

We ship using the Royal Mail Tracked 48h Package Service with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that delivery time and cost may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Shipping to EU countries will incur additional duty stamp fees. 

 

We offer free shipping on orders over £40 within the UK.

Returns, Exchange and Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@apatelier.co.uk  within 7 days of receipt with the following information:

• Order number

• Photos of the damaged or defective item

• A brief description of the issue

 

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.

 

A full refund, excluding the shipping fee, will be made to the card used to purchase the product(s) within 7 days of receiving your returned package.

Please note you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending your returned product(s). We strongly recommend that you obtain tracking information for your package.
